This beautifully appointed 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom house comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and is ideal for family gatherings, group getaways, or a peaceful retreat. It is located 8 minutes from the Virginia Tech campus in Blacksburg, VA.

Downstairs Space

Relax and gather in the cozy living area, complete with Wi-Fi, a TV, and a generous dining table that seats up to 12. It is perfect for sharing meals and making memories together.

Kitchen

Enjoy all the comforts of home with a fully equipped kitchen featuring a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, pots and pans, plates, and cutlery. It has everything you need for easy meals together.

Bedrooms

The home includes linens, a washer and dryer, and baby essentials (crib, highchair, booster seat) available upon request. Catch up on work in the Nightengale Room, which doubles as a quiet office space. The Linkous and Kipps Rooms are connecting, making them the ideal space for families with children.

Rates

$2,000 per night during peak dates

$1,000 per night during regular season

$500 cleaning fee per stay

$50 additional cleaning fee for inside dogs

2-night minimum stay

Maximum 10 overnight guests (including children)

10% discount for stays over 4 nights

Housekeeping

The property is fully furnished and ready for light housekeeping. Guests are responsible for any additional supplies and food during their stay.

House Rules

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Keep the space tidy and clean up after yourself by placing garbage in the proper receptacles.
• Pets are not permitted unless approved prior to arrival.
• Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the house or anywhere on the property. This prohibition applies to Guest and any visitors, guests or other occupants on the Premises.
• Fireworks are prohibited and against the law. This includes sparklers.
• Parties for 20-50 people require prior approval, parties greater than 50 are prohibited.
• Open fires and bonfires are prohibited except in the designated fire pit approved prior to arrival.
• Report any damages immediately.
• Close and secure any gates that are opened.
